The Cochrane Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Group forms part of The Cochrane Collaboration, an international non-profit and independent research publishing organisation. The Cochrane Collaboration is dedicated to the production and dissemination of systematic reviews of healthcare treatments and to the world-wide search for evidence in the form of clinical trials of treatments. The work of the Collaboration is published quarterly in The Cochrane Library on both CD-ROM and the Internet by Wiley InterScience.
Our Group produces systematic reviews of evidence for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of ear, nose and throat (ENT) disorders and head and neck cancers, and maintains a comprehensive database of controlled clinical trials within this scope. We are interested in all therapies, including those that might be considered alternative or complementary.
The Cochrane ENT Disorders Group has a wide membership including clinicians, researchers and healthcare consumers from all over the world. If you would like to become involved in our work please visit our 'Get involved' webpage for details.
